The Ardmore Initiatve is committed to providing the most up-to-date and accurate listing of commercial real estate opportunities in the Ardmore Initiatve Business District Authority. However, we are also committed to maintaining the integrity of the real estate listings.

As such, we will not accept any listing without a signed confirmation from an authorized employee of your company.

Here are the steps to add your listing:

• Fill out the form on the next page.
• When you submit the form, print out the confirmation page and sign it.
• Fax or mail this confirmation to Ardmore Initiative.
• We may follow up with a phone call to confirm the updated listing.
• You may have up to two photographs of your listing included with your listing. If you wish to have photographs of your property included in your listing, please email them to info@ardmoreinitiative.org. Please include your name, phone number, and email address, and which listing they should be included with.
